Mobile Dashboard
DDMARC on a phone is the same dashboard you use on a laptop, rendered in a responsive mobile layout. Every feature is reachable — the navigation and table layouts are what change.
Web dashboard only — there is no native app
DDMARC does not publish an iOS or Android app. Open app.ddmarc.com in your mobile browser and sign in as usual. Everything below describes that responsive web experience.
Bottom navigation
On narrow screens the sidebar is replaced by a five-item bar pinned to the bottom of the screen. Four items are direct links; the fifth opens a drawer containing every remaining page — Compliance, Action Center, DNS Monitoring, Senders, Failures, Rollouts, Activity, Exports, Team and Settings.

On partner (MSP) accounts the second slot shows Partners instead of Domains, so your customer list stays one tap away.
What changes on a small screen
The dashboard has a single breakpoint at 1024px. Phones and most tablets get the mobile shell; anything wider gets the desktop sidebar.
Below 1024px
Phones and tablets
- Bottom navigation bar plus a More drawer
- Single-column layout, cards stack vertically
- Wide tables scroll horizontally or collapse into cards
- Filters and date pickers open as sheets
1024px and up
Laptops and desktops
- Full collapsible sidebar with grouped navigation
- Multi-column widget grid on the overview
- Inline filters and full-width data tables
- Keyboard shortcuts and the command palette

Passkeys
DDMARC supports passkeys (WebAuthn). Register one from Settings → Securityon any device, then sign in on your phone with the platform authenticator — Face ID, Touch ID or your Android fingerprint sensor. There is no separate "biometric login" setting: the biometric prompt is your device unlocking the passkey.
Not available on mobile
Not available yet — Push notifications
The dashboard does not send push notifications to your phone. Alerts are delivered by email and by the channels you configure in Notifications → Settings (webhook, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord, Telegram). Do not rely on a phone notification to learn about an incident.
Not available yet — Installable app (PWA)
You can bookmark app.ddmarc.com to your home screen, but the dashboard does not ship a web app manifest or service worker, so it opens as a normal browser tab rather than a standalone app, and it does not work offline.
Getting the most out of a small screen
- Use the domain switcher at the top of the shell to scope every page to one domain — it removes most horizontal scrolling.
- Shorten the date range before opening Reports or Failures; smaller result sets render far faster on mobile data.
- Register a passkey so you are not typing a long password into a phone keyboard.
