Give a month, get a month.
Your friend gets a month of credit on their plan after their first payment. You get a month of credit on their plan 30 days later. Ten short sections on who can take part, when credit lands and what is not allowed.
About these terms
The DDMARC Refer a friend program is run by PlatOps Security, LLC, 18310 Montgomery Village Ave, Ste 300-1202, Gaithersburg, MD 20879, United States (“we”, “us”). These terms add to our Terms of Service, which continue to apply to your account. By sharing your referral link, you agree to them.
Who can take part
Any DDMARC account in good standing can refer a friend. Partner (MSP) accounts, and the customer organizations a partner manages, cannot.
Your friend must open a new DDMARC account through your link. Someone who already has an account, or who joins an existing organization as a team member, is not a new referral.
What your friend gets
Account credit equal to one month of the monthly list price of the plan they paid for. It is added after their first payment above zero and used automatically on their next invoices. This is on top of the usual 14-day free trial.
What you get
Account credit equal to one month of the monthly list price of your friend’s plan. It is added once all four of these are true:
- Your friend has made their first payment above zero
- 30 days have passed since that payment
- No part of that payment was refunded, and no credit note was issued on the invoice it paid
- Your friend's subscription is still active
A credit note on that invoice at any time, before or after it was paid, or a refund of that payment, means no credit is added for this referral.
You can earn up to 12 credits in any 12 months. If your account has no payment card on file — for example, on the free plan — your credit is held until you add one, then used on your next invoices.
How credits work
Which link counts
The most recent referral link your friend opened before signing up is the one that counts. A sign-up through a DDMARC affiliate’s link is not a friend referral, and no friend credit is given for it.
What is not allowed
- Referring yourself, or any account you control — including accounts that share your domains or your payment card
- Sending spam or other unsolicited messages with your link
- Bidding on DDMARC brand terms in paid search ads
- Posting your link on coupon, deal or cashback sites
We may withhold credit, or reverse credit already added, when we reasonably believe it was earned in any of these ways. This is in addition to our rights under the Terms of Service.
Taxes
Any tax that applies to credit you receive is your responsibility.
Changes and ending the program
We may change or end the program by updating this page. Credit you have already earned is honored.
