Frequently Asked Questions
When am I billed?
Billing occurs on the 1st of each month for the previous month's usage. You're charged based on the total number of active domains across all customers.
How are domains counted?
We count unique verified domains across all your customer accounts. Unverified domains are not counted. Subdomains of a verified domain are free.
What if a customer leaves?
When you remove a customer or their domains, they're immediately removed from your billable count starting the next billing cycle.
Can I change tiers mid-month?
Yes! Your tier is automatically calculated each billing cycle based on your total domain count. No action needed—you always get the best rate.
Do customers see pricing?
No. All billing is handled between you and DDMARC. Customers never see pricing information—you set your own pricing for your customers.
Is there a minimum commitment?
The MSP plan requires a minimum of 100 domains ($300/month). No long-term contract required—pay month-to-month based on usage. Annual contracts are available for additional discounts.
