Our recommendation
Both DDMARC and EasyDMARC are competitively priced DMARC monitoring platforms aimed at teams moving away from manual DNS inspection. The right choice depends on which features you need now versus which you expect to grow into — and how much you want to pay at each step.
Where they differ most: managed hosting and ARC. EasyDMARC does offer managed MTA-STS policy hosting and managed BIMI logo hosting, but both are gated to its Premium tier at approximately $71.99/mo. DDMARC includes both on every paid plan starting at $29/mo (Protect). That's a meaningful difference for a small team or MSP that wants complete email authentication — DMARC, SPF, DKIM, BIMI, and MTA-STS — without needing to upgrade to a higher tier just to activate hosted services. ARC chain monitoring is a further gap: EasyDMARC does not offer ARC monitoring at any tier, while DDMARC includes it by default.
Notification integrations. EasyDMARC supports Slack and Microsoft Teams, but only on its Enterprise tier (custom pricing). Discord and Telegram are not offered. DDMARC includes Slack from its Plus plan, Microsoft Teams from Pro, and also supports Discord and Telegram — channels EasyDMARC does not cover natively.
Free tier.EasyDMARC's free plan covers 1 domain with up to 1,000 emails/month and 14-day report history — a more generous starting point than DDMARC's free Monitor plan (1 domain, 7-day history). If you only need basic DMARC aggregate reports to evaluate the tool, EasyDMARC's free tier gives you slightly more runway.
Paid tiers at a glance.EasyDMARC's Plus tier ($35.99/mo) adds forensic (RUF) reports and email vendor identification but does not include managed hosting. Its Premium tier ($71.99/mo) adds managed MTA-STS, managed BIMI, and unlimited users. API access, audit logs, RBAC, and Slack/Teams integrations require Enterprise (custom pricing). By comparison, DDMARC's Protect plan ($29/mo) includes managed hosting and webhook notifications, with Slack and API access available at mid-tier pricing.
Choose DDMARC if: You want managed MTA-STS and BIMI hosting included from your first paid plan, ARC chain monitoring, broader notification channel coverage (Discord, Telegram, Teams), and prefer transparent public pricing with clear MSP/partner tiers.
Choose EasyDMARC if:You're just getting started and want a more generous free tier to experiment with, value its self-service onboarding experience, or are already at a scale where the Premium or Enterprise tier pricing fits your budget.
