Valimail vs Dmarcian

These two answer different buyers. Valimail gives monitoring away and sells automated enforcement through a sales conversation, with FedRAMP authorization for those who need it. Dmarcian publishes every tier up to fifteen domains and sells them self-service.

03 — The difference

Where they actually differ.

For monitoring alone, Valimail Monitor is free across unlimited domains, where Dmarcian's free Personal plan stops at two domains and 1,250 messages a month.

For enforcement, Valimail Enforce takes over your DMARC record and replaces your SPF record with its own include, so senders are authorized automatically. Every Enforce tier is priced by quote. Dmarcian leaves the records in your DNS and publishes its prices: $19.99, $199 and $499 a month billed yearly for two, eight and fifteen domains.

Leaving is easier with Dmarcian, where only the reporting address changes. Leaving Valimail Enforce means rebuilding your DMARC and SPF records before you remove the delegation.

Pick Valimail if you need FedRAMP authorization or automated sender authorization across a large estate, and a sales-led annual purchase suits you.
Pick Dmarcian if you want a published price, a self-service start and records that stay in your own DNS.

04 — And the third option

Where DDMARC fits.

DDMARC publishes every tier through Enterprise, keeps your records in your DNS unless you choose hosting, and has no message cap. Protect is $29 a month for up to 5 domains, and Growth is $69 for up to 15.

Shortlist two, then run both.
